Registration
The following registration fees will apply:
* Registrations received after September 26th, 2008 will be considered late/on-site and charged accordingly. ** Student registration must be accompanied by a valid student card or a letter signed by supervisor confirming status. Cancellation policy & name change: Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the Organzing Secretariat. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
On-site name changes will be charged Euro 75,00. Registration To register, please use the online registration or download and complete the registration form and forward it by fax to EEM International Congress Services. Please note that fees will apply only if both registration and payment are received by the deadline indicated. Name badges All congress registrants are required to wear their name badge in order to enter the scientific sessions, the exhibition and to participate to social activities. Responsibility The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the Meeting be hindered or prevented by political events (such as acts of terrorism, danger of hostility, war, etc.) or by unexpected economic events or generally by force majeure. Should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso. Payment of fees Payment in Euro can be made either by bank transfer (free of charge for recipient), by credit card or by bank cheque for registrations made within June 21, 2008. After that date registrations may only be paid by credit card. Confirmation Upon receipt of actual payment of the registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please present this confirmation at the registration desk as proof of your registration/payment. Final program Will be available on the website by mid-September 2008. The conference booklet will be distributed at the congress.
